Tiki asks…

How much is a room?
Tiki is flexible, which means there is no set room rate. Prices – just like our guests – often take dips, depending on the month and day of the week. Check prices and availability to plan your stay.

What age do I have to be to check in?
The minimum age to check in at the Edge is 18 years old. Please have your credit card and matching ID ready at registration.

Can I bring Fido?
Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark is pet friendly (dogs only), which means we’d love to meet your furry, four-legged friend. However, we ask that you please do not leave your pet in the room unattended. A $50 non-refundable fee per night is required.

Do wristbands come with your room?
No, wristbands may be purchased with room rental on select dates based on availability. View waterpark hours/pricing.

Can I purchase extra wristbands with my room?
No, guests can purchase wristbands based on the number of guests registered to the room for select dates based on availability.

Do I need a credit card to check in?
Yes, a credit card (with your name printed on it) is required to check in with a matching valid ID and must authorize for a minimum of $100. We recommend paying for your room with the same card you use to check in, as it may take five to seven business days for the authorization to release back onto your card.

What time is check-in and checkout?
You are welcome to check in any time after 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. – but we don’t like to talk about that. Tiki hates goodbyes. (During peak periods, check in may be delayed.)

What is the cancellation policy?
Tiki will miss you if you can’t make it so cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. (Cancellation policy may be different for special events.)

Can I have adjoining rooms? How about a specific room number or location?
We put our blood, sweat and tiki into accommodating requests for adjoining or specific room numbers or locations. However, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill all requests. Please call us at 218-728-3601 to ask about specific accommodations.

Do I need a wristband to go in to the waterpark if I’m not swimming?
Yes. Everyone in the waterpark must wear a wristband, except for infants or toddlers who are not yet walking.

Will the outdoor hot tub be open?
The outdoor hot tub is open year-round. However, for the safety of our guests and our employees we may close the outdoor area (including outdoor pool, hot tub, golf, etc.) due to weather-related issues including, but not limited to: temperatures below 10 °F, severe snowfall and lightning.

Housekeeping gratuities are at the discretion of our guests.
