Adult Supervision: For their safety, and according to state law, all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the Waterpark, arcade, outdoor pool and all public areas.
Height Requirements: All guests using the body slide must be at least 48 inches tall. For the tube slide, guests must be at least 48 inches to ride solo; guests under 48 inches tall may ride the tube slide in the front section of a two-person tube with an adult (18 and older) sitting in the back section of the tube. This policy is strictly enforced for your safety. There are no height restrictions on the three slides in the children’s play area.
Life Jackets/Floaties: The Edge provides life jackets for use in the Waterpark. All other floatation devices (including life jackets you might bring from home) are prohibited. This protects you and our slides from straps and metal clips that can be destructive and dangerous in moving water. Life jackets are not allowed on the body slide.
Eye Glasses/Glass: For everyone’s safety, glass is not permitted in the Waterpark. This includes eye glasses with glass lenses, glass bottles, glassware and/or any other form of glass.
Food: You are welcome to enjoy your own treats in your room. However, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Waterpark, arcade, outdoor pool or public areas.
Wristbands: Parents, don’t forget to count yourself! Every person entering the Waterpark must have a wristband.
Day Passes: The Edgewater Resort and Waterpark is only available for use by registered guests and those registered as part of a party package. Day passes are not available.
Changes to Group Size: Any changes to the number of guests attending your party must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out: You can check into your room anytime after 3pm. Room check-out is anytime before noon. Your Waterpark wristbands are valid from noon on the day of check-in until noon on the day of check-out.
Any guest not adhering to the policies listed above—as well as all other policies and safety rules of the Edgewater Resort & Waterpark—may be asked to leave.
