Tiki asks…

How much is a room?
Tiki is flexible, which means there is no set room rate. Prices – just like our guests – often take dips, depending on the month and day of the week. Check prices and availability to plan your stay.

Can I bring Fido?
Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark is pet friendly, which means we’d love to meet your furry, four-legged friend. However, we ask that you please do not leave your pet in the room unattended. A $20 nonrefundable fee per pet, per night is required.

Do wristbands come with your room?
Yes, each room includes the number of wristbands the room sleeps.

Can I purchase extra wristbands with my room?
Yes, you may buy up to two additional wristbands for $19 each. After all, you can never have too much tiki.

Do I need a credit card to check in?
Yes, a credit card is required to check in and must authorize for a minimum of $100. We recommend paying for your room with the same card you use to check in, as it may take five to seven business days for the authorization to release back onto your card.

What time is check-in and checkout?
You are welcome to check in any time after 3 p.m. Checkout is at noon – but we don’t like to talk about that. Tiki hates goodbyes.

Can I check in early and use the waterpark?
Yes, you can check in anytime after noon and use the waterpark during waterpark hours; however, we can’t guarantee your room will be ready until 3 p.m.

What is the cancellation policy?
Tiki will miss you if you can’t make it so cancel your reservation by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. (Cancellation policy may be different for special events.)

Can I have adjoining rooms? How about a specific room number or location?
We put our blood, sweat and tiki into accommodating requests for adjoining or specific room numbers or locations. However, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill all requests. Please call us at 218-728-3601 to ask about specific accommodations.

Do I need a room to use the waterpark?
A limited number of waterpark day packages are available for nonguests. Please call us at 218-728-3601 for pricing and availability.

Do I need a wristband to go in to the waterpark if I’m not swimming?
Yes. Everyone in the waterpark must wear a wristband, except for infants or toddlers who are not yet walking.

How long are my wristbands valid?
Wristbands are valid from the time you check in until 11 a.m. the day you check out. After that, they’re simply a reminder to stay true to your tiki.

Will the outdoor hot tub be open?
The outdoor hot tub is open year round. However, for the safety of our guests and our employees we may close the outdoor area (including outdoor pool, hot tub, golf, etc.) due to weather related issues including, but not limited to: temperatures below 10 °F, severe snowfall and lightning.

What is a facility fee?
A daily facility fee of $7.99 per room allows us to provide the highest level of service for our guests. The fee includes:

  • Daily guest newspapers (at front desk and breakfast area)
  • Pool towel service
  • Fitness center
  • Business center
  • Local phone calls
  • In-room coffee
  • High-speed Internet
  • Weekend and holiday kids activities
  • Outdoor pool, play and movie area (seasonal)
  • Outdoor spa (year-round)

  • Complimentary shuttle (8am to 9pm on a first-come-first-served basis)

Housekeeping gratuities are not included in this fee and are at the discretion of our guests.
